toward a brighter path.
As a mental performance coach and sport psychology consultant, I aim to provide athletes and performers with tools to navigate the challenges that come with sports and life.
My mission is to keep it fun, engaging, educational, and applicable to various ages and abilities and to leave each client stronger than when I found them.
Kelly brings decades of experience as an athlete, coach and now parent of athletes.

- Mom of three | Ages 12, 9 and 4
I serve as a liaison between parents and coaches, educating all who are involved in shaping an athlete.
As an former youth athlete and now a parent, I found myself asking …
How can we ever know an athlete’s true talent if they burn out before their best years?
Excessive pressure, negative body image, comparison, self-doubt, and perfectionism are just a few issues that athletes and performers may face which can steal joy, sap potential, and leave lasting negative impressions that take years to overcome.
We meet each athlete right where they are, addressing issues head-on with mental training skills and practical applications.
When an athlete feels empowered, prepared, and confident they perform at their best.
The many positive benefits of sports and performance should not have an expiration date.
My mission is to Educate, Advocate For and Empower Athletes through:
Individual Consultation
Working 1-on-1 with athletes in person or online.
Speaking Events
Offering inspiring talks for athletes, coaches and parents, in-person and virtually
Camp Ultraviolet
Creating programs that explore goal setting, growth mindset, mindfulness and more.
