Kelly’s Role
As a mental performance coach and sport psychology consultant, I aim to provide athletes and performers with tools to navigate the challenges that come with sports and life. My mission is to keep mental skills training fun, engaging, educational, and to leave each client stronger than when I found them.
Kelly’s Passion
My studies led me to research the importance of helping young girls learn more coping skills earlier in life – in an effort to help keep them mentally healthy and engaged in their activities.
But it’s never too late.
Adults and athletes at all ages and levels can benefit greatly. I am committed to helping my clients understand that mental training is as important as physical training, and that it can help them truly thrive as they pursue their goals.
